Online Filing of 2023 Personal Property Declarations
The Town of Essex offers business personal property accounts the option of submitting their 2023 Personal Property Declaration online through a link (available October 1) on the Assessor’s web page, essexct.gov/assessor. Electronic filing will be available beginning October 1 through November 1, 2023. Your new access code can be found inside the Personal Property Declaration that was mailed to you on page 3. Forms are slated to be mailed September 25 so if you do not have your form by October 15 please contact the Assessor’s office. If you need a blank Personal Property Declaration Form please call or email the Assessor's office and we will mail or email one to you. They are also available via the link below.
